AI Templates are at the heart of Yazo’s content generation system. Each template is a purpose-built tool designed to help you quickly generate high-quality text for specific use cases — whether you’re writing product descriptions, blog intros, emails, social media captions, or full-length articles.

What Are AI Templates?

AI Templates act as intelligent, pre-configured frameworks. Each one is tailored to a specific content type or writing goal. Instead of starting from scratch, you simply choose a template that fits your needs, fill out a few inputs, and let the AI do the heavy lifting — all within a matter of clicks.

Templates are grouped into intuitive categories such as:

  • Blog & Writing – for essays, blog posts, and creative writing
  • E-commerce – for product titles, descriptions, and promotional copy
  • Marketing & Ads – for catchy slogans, ad text, and campaign ideas
  • Emails – for structured outreach, follow-ups, and newsletters
  • Social Media – for posts, captions, and engagement prompts

Browse all available templates from the Templates page. You can view every option at once using the All filter, or narrow your view by selecting a specific category.

Using a Template – How It Works

Once you select a template, you’ll be taken to a clean, easy-to-navigate workspace. On the left side, you’ll see input fields that guide you through what the AI needs to generate content. On the right, you’ll see the output area where your generated text appears.

Let’s walk through an example using the Product Description template:

1. Project Name

Name your project (e.g., “Women’s Bag”). This helps you organize your content in the My Projects section for future editing or review.

2. Essential Inputs

Each template has specific input fields. For a product description, you might see:

  • Product Name: e.g., “Amelia Leather Tote”
  • Product Description: A detailed overview of the product. Include features, materials, uses, and anything relevant. The more precise your input, the better the output.

3. Tone of Voice

Choose from multiple tone options like friendly, professional, witty, or luxurious. The selected tone shapes the personality of your generated text. This is optional but highly recommended for enhancing brand voice and customer appeal.

4. Number of Results

Select how many content variants you want to generate (1–10). Multiple results are helpful when you’re seeking creative options or testing different messaging angles.

5. Generate Text

Click Generate Text, and Yazo will create your content based on the provided inputs and selected tone. Your results will appear on the right. You can regenerate as many times as needed by tweaking the inputs or tone.

If you’re not fully satisfied with the output, simply adjust your inputs and try again — Yazo will generate fresh variations each time.

Editing & Formatting Your Results

Once your content is generated, you can polish it directly within the editor. Yazo provides built-in formatting tools, including:

  • Bold, Italics, Underline, Strikethrough
  • Numbered and Bulleted Lists
  • Reset Formatting

These tools are especially useful when working on longer-form content such as blog posts, where visual structure and emphasis matter.

One Process, Many Templates

While the input fields may vary slightly across templates, the overall process remains the same:

Choose a template → Fill out the prompts → Generate → Edit → Save.

This consistency allows you to confidently explore a wide range of content types, all while saving time and increasing content quality.
