Templates form the core of the Yazo AI content generator. Templates can be understood as pre-programmed models that you can choose for your new project and with which you can create new text in just a few clicks.
Yazo offers you a choice of dozens of different templates classified into several categories. For example, you can use templates from the “E-mail” category to write e-mails, while you can use templates from the “Writing” or “Blog” categories to write poems or essays. On the “Templates” page, you can see an extended list of all available AI templates for writing texts. By clicking on the “All” button, all available templates will be displayed, while by pressing the other buttons, you will get a filtered printout of templates according to a particular category (e.g. “Blog” displays templates that are exclusively related to blogging).
Using the example of the “Product Description” template below, we show you how to create a new text. After you have selected a template and clicked on its icon, a new window will open. On the left side are the main menus and in the middle is the worksheet. Inside the worksheet, on the left side there are input fields, and on the right side is a field where the results are displayed.
We follow and fill in the empty fields. For example, for “Project without title” we write “Women’s bag”. Under this name, Yazo will save your work in “My projects”, where you will be able to sort, delete or add new changes to the text.
PRODUCT NAME: enter the name or service (e.g. women’s bag Amelia)
DESCRIBE YOUR PRODUCT: We describe the product or service (e.g. hand-stitched leather bag, embellished, etc.). In order for the AI to provide the most accurate and high-quality text related to our topic, it is advisable to enter as many words as possible to define the output data. Small and informative phrases/key points for the AI tool will act as a hint and help the tool understand your needs effectively.
TONE: As a user, you have 7 tones to choose from: friendly, informative, classy, etc. In order to add personality to your content and “weight” to the output data, we definitely recommend filling in this field. This function also gives our app additional information with which it can generate even better text. Keep in mind that if you go “professional” you may need to spend some time fine-tuning the factual accuracy of your generated text.
By changing the number in the “Results” field, you can select the number of output text variants. The number of output results (variants) varies from 1 to 10 (depending on the template). It is recommended to use more than 1 variant in cases where more creativity or ideas are needed such as ideas for blogs, slogans, ads, etc. Choosing the right set of variants is key to increasing AI productivity and reducing your work. It is easier for users to achieve a higher quality output when they havemore choices. By clicking the “Generate text” button, we complete our work and leave the rest to Yazo.
The output appears in the blank field on the right and is ready for editing within the same window. If you are not satisfied with your results (for example, there may be empty results, repeating phrases or just results that are not optimal) – you can always enter new parameters in the product description and click the “Generate text” button. You will see new results using a combination of different parameters and tones.
Once you’ve generated or copied your text from somewhere else, you can use our editing tools to further enhance it. These operations are especially useful if you write long blogs and articles.
