What is Brand Voice?

Brand Voice allows Yazo to learn your unique writing style and tone, so the AI can generate content that aligns with your brand identity. From blog posts and emails to product descriptions and social media captions, every output can reflect your voice—authentic, recognizable, and on-brand.

How It Works

You provide a sample of your existing content, and Yazo uses AI to analyze and learn from it. This helps Yazo understand your tone, sentence structure, vocabulary, and overall communication style.

You can provide your writing sample in two ways:

  • Upload a PDF document
    Ideal if you have brand guides, past blog posts, or marketing materials you’d like Yazo to analyze.
  • Paste or enter text manually
    Great for shorter samples or if you want to specify a particular tone or writing approach.

Once uploaded, Yazo will process the content and memorize your brand voice.

Using Brand Voice in Content Creation

After your Brand Voice is set up, you can apply it across any Yazo feature—whether you’re using templates, the AI Article Writer, or Yazo Chat.

When prompted, simply choose the “Use my Brand Voice” option, and Yazo will automatically shape the AI-generated text to match your unique style.
